Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01 October 2026
The Helixson Academy Authorized Partner Program enables eligible individuals, institutions, training centers, education consultants, and organizations to promote and facilitate Helixson Academy's training and certification programs.
By becoming an Authorized Partner, the Partner agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Partner Authorization
The Partner will be officially authorized by Helixson Academy / Helixson Global after successful verification and approval.
Authorization is granted only for the approved courses, programs, territory, and activities specified by Helixson Academy.
The Partner may use the approved Helixson Academy name, logo, promotional materials, course information, and authorized marketing content solely for promoting Helixson Academy programs.
Partner authorization does not constitute a franchise, employment relationship, agency, or ownership of Helixson Academy.
2. Partner Scope & Responsibilities
The Authorized Partner will be responsible for activities including:
Student promotion and lead generation
Local and digital marketing
Student counselling and course information
Admission assistance and enrollment coordination
Scholarship and promotional campaign support
Student communication and follow-up
Local seminars, workshops and promotional events
Collection and submission of required student documents
Coordination with Helixson Academy for training and examinations
Maintaining professional communication with students and applicants
The Partner must provide students with accurate information regarding courses, fees, duration, scholarships, examinations and certification.
3. Partner Margin – 30%
The Authorized Partner will be eligible for a 30% Partner Margin on eligible Helixson Academy training and certification program fees, subject to the applicable program and commercial terms.
The Partner Margin will be calculated on the eligible net fee actually received and confirmed by Helixson Academy, excluding applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, refunds, discounts, special promotional offers, third-party examination fees and other excluded charges.
Example
If the eligible program fee is ₹21,000:
Program Fee: ₹21,000
Partner Margin @ 30%: ₹6,300
Helixson Academy Share: ₹14,700
The final payable margin may vary where a scholarship, discount, refund, promotional offer, tax or other applicable adjustment is involved.
4. Fees & Pricing
The Partner must follow the official fee structure published or approved by Helixson Academy.
The Partner must not independently increase, reduce or alter the official course fee without written approval.
Any special discount or promotional pricing must be approved by Helixson Academy.
Industry and global certification examination fees are separate and are not included in the Helixson Academy Certification Examination Fee unless specifically stated.
Official third-party examination fees may change according to the certification provider's current pricing.
5. Admission & Enrollment
The Partner may assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
Final admission confirmation will be subject to successful registration, document verification and payment confirmation.
A seat may be reserved with the applicable enrollment amount as communicated by Helixson Academy.
The Partner must not guarantee admission, scholarship percentage, examination results, employment or certification unless officially confirmed by Helixson Academy.
All student information must be submitted accurately.
6. Scholarship & Promotional Campaigns
Partners may promote officially approved Helixson Academy scholarship and promotional campaigns.
The current Scholarship Assessment registration fee is ₹200, unless otherwise notified by Helixson Academy.
Partners must not:
Create unauthorized scholarship offers
Guarantee 100% scholarship
Modify scholarship eligibility criteria
Publish misleading discounts
Use false employment or placement claims
Represent an unofficial offer as an official Helixson Academy offer
All promotional campaigns must follow the official communication and branding guidelines.
7. Marketing & Promotion
Promotion and marketing activities are primarily within the Partner's scope.
The Partner may undertake:
Social media marketing
Digital advertising
Local advertising
Educational seminars
Workshops
Student counselling campaigns
Flyers, brochures and banners
Website and online promotion
Corporate and institutional outreach
However, all marketing material must contain accurate and approved information.
The Partner is responsible for the cost of its own local promotion, advertising, events and lead-generation activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Branding & Intellectual Property
The Helixson Academy name, logo, course content, certificates, trademarks, website content, designs and other intellectual property remain the property of Helixson Academy / Helixson Global.
The Partner:
Must use only approved branding materials.
Must not modify the Helixson Academy logo without permission.
Must not register domains, social media accounts, trademarks or businesses using confusingly similar Helixson Academy branding.
Must not represent itself as the owner of Helixson Academy.
Must not issue certificates independently.
Must not reproduce or distribute protected course material without authorization.
9. Student Management
The Partner may support students with:
Admission assistance
Course selection
Communication
Schedule coordination
Basic support
Promotional information
Examination registration coordination
Academic delivery, official examination processes, certification issuance and other centrally managed services will remain subject to Helixson Academy policies.
Student records must be handled confidentially and used only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.
10. Payments & Partner Settlement
All student payments must be made through the officially approved payment channels wherever applicable.
The Partner must not collect student payments into an unauthorized personal or third-party account on behalf of Helixson Academy.
Partner Margin will become payable only after the student's payment has been successfully received and the enrollment has been confirmed.
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and disputed transactions may result in adjustment or reversal of the applicable Partner Margin.
Settlement timelines and payment procedures may be defined separately by Helixson Academy.
11. Refund & Cancellation
Any refund or cancellation will be governed by the applicable Helixson Academy Admission, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where a student's enrollment is cancelled or refunded, any Partner Margin already credited against that enrollment may be adjusted accordingly.
12. Certification
Helixson Academy certificates will be issued only after the student fulfills the applicable academic, examination and certification requirements.
The Partner does not have authority to:
Issue Helixson Academy certificates independently
Guarantee certification
Alter certificate details
Create duplicate or unofficial certificates
Represent a training completion as a professional certification without authorization
Third-party/global certifications such as Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet, Red Hat, Google Cloud or Oracle are subject to the respective certification provider's rules and examination requirements.
13. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
False or misleading advertising
Unauthorized fee collection
Unauthorized discounts
Fake scholarship commitments
Fake placement or employment guarantees
Misuse of Helixson Academy branding
Misrepresentation of Partner status
Unauthorized certificate issuance
Manipulation of student records
Submission of false documents
Unauthorized sharing of student data
Any activity that may damage the reputation of Helixson Academy
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Partner authorization.
14. Partner Dashboard & Access
Where provided, the Partner may receive access to an official Partner Dashboard.
Dashboard access is personal and confidential.
The Partner must:
Keep login credentials secure.
Not share credentials with unauthorized persons.
Not attempt to access another Partner's account.
Not misuse student or administrative information.
Immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
Helixson Academy may suspend or restrict dashboard access in case of security concerns, policy violations or unauthorized activity.
15. Partner Onboarding & Verification
Before activation, the Partner may be required to complete:
Partner Application
KYC verification
Agreement acceptance
Identity/document verification
Partner onboarding
Authorized Partner registration
Partner Dashboard setup
Where applicable, a one-time Partner Onboarding / Administration Fee may be charged as communicated at the time of onboarding.
16. Compliance
The Partner must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, taxation requirements, data-protection requirements and other applicable legal obligations.
The Partner is responsible for its own business operations, employees, representatives, advertising expenditure and statutory obligations.
17. No Employment Relationship
An Authorized Partner is an independent business associate and is not an employee, agent, legal representative or franchisee of Helixson Academy unless separately agreed through a written agreement.
The Partner is responsible for its own operational expenses and business activities.
18. Suspension & Termination
Helixson Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate Partner authorization if the Partner:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Misuses the Helixson Academy brand
Provides misleading information
Engages in fraudulent activity
Misuses student data
Collects unauthorized payments
Damages the reputation of Helixson Academy
Fails to comply with applicable policies
Upon termination, the Partner must immediately stop using Helixson Academy branding, promotional materials, certificates, systems and other authorized resources.
Any outstanding financial settlement will be subject to applicable adjustments, refunds, disputes and contractual obligations.
19. Changes to Terms
Helixson Academy may update these Terms & Conditions, fee structures, partner policies, course offerings, scholarship policies or operational procedures from time to time.
Updated terms may be published on the official website or communicated through the Partner Dashboard or registered communication channel.
20. Final Authority
Helixson Academy reserves the right to make the final decision regarding:
Partner authorization
Student admission
Scholarship eligibility
Course enrollment
Examination eligibility
Certification issuance
Refunds
Partner Margin eligibility
Partner suspension or termination
The decision of Helixson Academy shall be final, subject to applicable law and the terms of the executed Partner Agreement.
21. Acceptance
By applying for or operating as an Helixson Academy Authorized Partner, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Helixson Academy policies.
